In short: you are free to share and adapt it for non-commercial purposes, with attribution, and any derivative carries the same licence. Commercial use needs permission first. Material by other credited authors, and quoted material from elsewhere, stays under its own terms.

Published books are separate: you are welcome to quote short excerpts with credit and a link, but not reproduce substantial portions or whole works, commercially or otherwise, without permission.

Acceptable use
